Sue Ashton is Coach of the Month and has laid on a short hilly session on Elm Road, Tutshill - 6 each way OR longer intervals on the Link Road with 4 X 1200 mtrs (5 or 6 for the really keen) with 400 mtr jog recovery.

It’s the Hayesgate 7 on Thursday, which is mainly our LCL course plus the bit to and from the Hospital - nice run, and you can extend it to 9 by coming back via Mathern.

Don’t need to remind you about the Dinner, Dance and Presentation Evening on Saturday do I? Let’s all have a great night!

This year’s Rack Raid Relay will be on Sunday 31 May, we were told this morning at the LCL cross-country (well done everyone who came to cold, bleak, wind-swept P Park to run, help or support)

The Welsh Castles Relay will be on 13/14 June.

And the Cotswold Way Relay as always is on the last Saturday in June, 27th.

All Harriers are encouraged to have a go at any of these. All three events are spread over the day (weekend for the Castles), so you can state your preference for the time of day that suits.

Team Managers will be announced later, but our Club Captains, Lou and Mark, would be delighted to hear from you if you want to register your intention to take part.
