But there`s a fundamental issue that any competition is healthier as to the number of participants - a field of potential winners is going to be a very small one. What of the titanic struggles taking place at the back of the field? We may be the winners of yesteryear (occasionally) - but we`ve dropped right off the radar now. Dave & I seemingly ran so `weakly` that we did`nt even register in the results... It`s always stimulating to read of the exploits of the front runners and the very best of encouragement to them.
