A hardy bunch turned up went out and did laps of the Danes - conditions were ok with no ice on the road. Everyone agreed that this session will make all the difference come 2010 ;-]

Absolutely!! It was quite fun actually, a good choice of alternative session!

Good to hear that Harriers aren’t put off by a bit of weather. As Tom says it’ll pay dividends come the new year.

It’s pity I didn’t see this before I went out! And so I didn’t go to the Coach either!! But it did me good (didn’t it?)

it was a GOOD session on the Danes. Yeah it will do you good Geoff, well I felt better after, we’ll see our running improving for the better in 2010.
there was a small group met in the bar after training.
Happy New Year to all Chepstow harriers x Happy running
