Parc Penallta Performances

Thanks Islwyn for a great new LCL course, well organized and marshalled.

Well done to all the Chepstow runners taking part, some of them recovering from heat-affected runs in the Cotswolds on Saturday, and thanks to Syd and team for registering us, cheering us on and recording our performances.

The women’s finishing order was Chepstow, Griff, Bryn Bach, and the men’s Islwyn, Chepstow, Fairwater.

Individually, Brenda and Lou are leading their categories, while Vanessa, James, Mark, Laurie and Dick are in the top three. In the combined xc and road series Lou, Vanessa and Mark are in top three positions.

Next up is Caerleon’s nice up-and-down course at Llanhennock on 20^th July.
