On Thursday our long run is the Sea Wall, a nice long ramble and not hilly.

Then our second Club Training Weekend at Merthyr Mawr starts on Friday evening. People who went last year all enjoyed it, and it seems most are going again this time. You just pitch up with your tent when you like, bring along whatever food and drink you’ll need for your stay, and enjoy!

The camp site is set in the dunes not far from the sea, with a clean toilet/shower block, and it’s all paid for by the Club. Andy C has arranged a full programme of sporting and social activities suitable for all the family. You can read all about it and find directions on the Bulletin Board
