I should have plugged Tom’s race - sorry. It’s a classic long fell race, and I try to do it every year. As Tom so rightly says, the hills are lovely and if you listen carefully they’re alive to the sound of musics, with songs ….
I hear Julie Andrews is marshalling checkpoint 1, or is it Berta? I do get them mixed up, don’t you?

Don’t forget the “Brecon Beacons Fell Race” organised by Chepstow Harrier, Tom Gibbs. A great 19 mile circuit of the central Beacons with lots of lovely hills to run up and down.
