It’s the good ol’ Thornwell Loop on Tuesday. We’re expecting some of the older Juniors to join in so it’ll be a jolly Club night. To save energy and time don’t be afraid to drive down to the shops car park, but try to avoid patronising the chip shop ­before your run. Afterwards yes – they’re nice and you get very generous helpings

Either the Itton 8 on Thursday, or the Strivers have a nice 6-miler that mentor Ms Jackie will be emailing you about.
